Strawberry Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or any vanilla plant milk)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  1. Place the four frozen strawberries and one tablespoon of water in a bowl. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.

  2. Remove strawberries from microwave and mash with a fork thoroughly until a purée forms.

  3. Blend the strawberry purée, milk, vanilla and maple syrup.

  4. Once consistent, add in chia seeds and stir.

  5. Let stand for 90 minutes.

  6. Stir at 5 minutes and then again at 10 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Optional:  When it's ready to eat, top the pudding off with hemp hearts for added protein or freshly sliced strawberries for added sweetness.
