Like whipped cream but don’t consume dairy because dairy is scary? Lol. Me too. Don’t worry, this coconut whipped cream will hit the spot.

Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream | Real. Simple. Vegan.
- 2 cans coconut cream (400mL each)
- 1/4 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chill cans of coconut cream in the fridge overnight.
Open the cans and scrape off the cream that's resting on top. Put the cream into a large bowl. You will end up with about 1 1/2 cups. The leftover coconut water at the bottom of the can will not be used in this recipe.
Add in the icing sugar and vanilla.
Whip until you get the right consistency. This cream will not take as long as regular cream to whip. Yay!
