Coconut 'Carrot Cake' Protein Bites | Real. Simple. Vegan.
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp hemp hearts
- 5 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

In a food processors, combine all ingredients and 1/4 cup of the shredded coconut.

Once fully incorporated, roll into bite-sized balls.

Roll the bites in the remaining coconut.

Store in fridge.
