Triple Chocolate Protein Bites | Real. Simple. Vegan.
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp chocolate protein powder (plant-based)
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips (dairy-free)
Purée all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor.
Once the mixture is consistent, remove and place in large bowl.
Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Form into small, packed, bite-sized balls.
Keep chilled in fridge.
