I love anything salted caramel. Unfortunately caramel is full of refined sugar and dairy… That’s why I came up with this vegan salted caramel sauce that’s free of all of that stuff! This sweet and satisfying treat takes only step. It doesn’t get much easier or delicious than that.
Salted Caramel Sauce
- 30 pitted dates ((About 1 cup))
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3/4 tsp salt

Purée all ingredients in a high-powered blender until sauce consistency is formed. You may have to stop it to scrape the sides.

If you don’t use your sauce right away, it may thicken. If this happens, add a little bit of almond milk.
