Our Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Bars are delicious and full of protein! Not only do they contain all of the nutrients your body needs to start your day off right, they are easy to make, grab and go. They also go really well with some peanut butter on top!
Chocolate Cranberry Breakfast Bars
- 20 dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp pepitas
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips (dairy-free)

In a food processor puree dates, flaxseed meal, hemp hearts, cashews, cocoa powder.

Once the mixture has a consistent texture, add in pepitas and chocolate chips. Pulse and combine with date mixture. Do not over pulse as the chocolate chips and pepitas add another layer of texture.

Lay mixture on parchment paper and form a loaf shape.

Chill in fridge for 20 minutes.

Once thoroughly chilled, use a knife or pizza roller to slice into bars of your desired size.

Keep chilled.
